Designers utilize outdoor light sensors to determine whether the factory is in daylight or nighttime. During the day, the lighting is adjusted according to human circadian rhythms to keep workers in a state of alertness.

The intelligent control system determines typical circadian rhythm values based on the age groups of most workers. Cameras track and recognize faces to determine if workers are fatigued. If a certain number of fatigued workers are identified, the light spectrum is adjusted to alleviate fatigue.

The application of full-spectrum LED lighting reduces visual fatigue among workers, thereby preventing mental fatigue and improving work efficiency and product yield to some extent.
