Lighting Selection

The specific lighting needs of a factory depend on its classification. In most cases, the overall lighting needs to be determined first, typically by placing the main lighting fixtures at the top center. The number of lights is then determined based on the factory's size. For task lighting, appropriate fixtures need to be placed in key locations according to the specific work environment.

Ensuring Adequate Illuminance
Factory lighting design must be reasonable, ensuring the illuminance meets the minimum requirements of the production workshop. When designing factory lighting, we must consider the level of illuminance, the distribution of brightness, and whether ghosting will occur in each location. Therefore, a site visit is usually necessary before proceeding with the design, and adjustments to the lights in certain areas must be made continuously throughout the design process.
